One of the challenges we have is how to collaborate with team members and share information.
Since August 2019 have we been using Microsoft Teams as a platform for this collaboration, giving access to employees, contractors and other production members.
Our next step is now to create templates for each category of production which means that the time to set up a new production in our accounting systems, in Microsoft Teams, Studiobinder and Postlab is just a few minutes.
The structure is based on our film production process and the folders is dependent on the type of production, e.g Narratives films and Documentaries don’t have the same structure.
To give a secure access to each team member is just a minute of work and they do then have necessary access to all needed information and can share files in a secure way.
Each task is then created and assigned to the right project member based on the productions needs.
