Setup for Live-streaming

We have not done livestreaming for several years now, so it was therefore time to verify the setup for the new equipment today.

The camera is a Sony FS5 II with a Sony Zeiss 24/1.8 and Atomos Shenobi SDI monitor, mounted on a Manfrotto video tripod.

To record the sound on set do we have a Röde boom on a lightning stand with a Sennheiser 416 shotgun and a Sony EMC-VG1 on the camera. The studio sound is a Röde NT2 and a Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 external DAC.

Lightning is simple as we use a single Aputure Amaran 672C for key light and window as source for hair-lightning.

Video Capture to the Macbook Pro is done via a five year old Blackmagic Design Mini Recorder. Software is latest version of MacOS Catalina, OBS and a verified Youtube-channel.

Next step is to create graphics for live streaming and write down short scripts on different subjects.
